Request Data Deletion

You have the right to have your personal data deleted from OmniAI. Here's exactly how to do it — no complicated forms required.

How to request deletion

Submit your request

Send an email to visa.wevisa@gmail.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request". Include the email address associated with your OmniAI account and a brief description of what data you want deleted.

Identity verification

We will verify your identity within 48 hours to ensure only authorised users can delete data. We may ask you to confirm from the registered email address or verify account details.

Processing

Once verified, we will process your deletion request within 30 days. For full account deletion, all personal data is removed or anonymised within 90 days of your request, subject to legal retention obligations.

Confirmation

We will send you an email confirming that your data has been deleted (or explaining any data we are legally required to retain and for how long).

✅ What gets deleted

  • Your account profile (name, email, phone, agency details)
  • All leads, clients, and CRM data in your account
  • Uploaded documents and files
  • Invoice history (summary anonymised for accounting; full records deleted)
  • WhatsApp conversation logs linked to your account
  • API credentials and integrations
  • Social media posts and scheduling data

⚠️ What is retained (legally required)

  • —Billing records — retained for 7 years as required by Indian GST law and the Companies Act
  • —Aggregated, anonymised usage statistics (no personal identifiers)
  • —Records required by court order or valid legal process

These records are required by Indian law and cannot be deleted on request. They are kept securely and not used for any other purpose.

Connected via Facebook Login?

If you connected OmniAI through Facebook/Meta Login, you can revoke access at any time from Facebook → Settings → Security and Login → Apps and Websites. This removes OmniAI's access to your Facebook account immediately. To also delete your OmniAI data, follow the steps above.
