We stand behind OmniAI
We offer a 14-day free trial so you can fully evaluate OmniAI before paying a rupee. If you do pay and aren't satisfied, we offer a fair refund window. This policy is designed to be straightforward — no gotchas.
Full refund — within 7 days
If you are not satisfied with OmniAI within the first 7 days of your paid subscription, you are entitled to a full refund. No questions asked. This applies to first-time subscribers on any plan (Starter, Professional, or Agency).
- •Must be within 7 calendar days of the first charge
- •Applies to the first payment only — not renewals
- •Account usage must be within reasonable limits (not exceeding 5,000 AI messages or 100 invoices during the trial/refund window)
Pro-rata refund — annual plans within 30 days
If you purchased an annual subscription and decide to cancel within the first 30 days, we will refund the unused months on a pro-rata basis (i.e., you pay only for the time you used).
- •Must be within 30 calendar days of the annual subscription start date
- •Refund = (months remaining / 12) × annual price paid
- •Applies to first-time annual subscribers only
- •Not applicable if the plan was already discounted below standard annual pricing
Not eligible for refund
The following are not eligible for a refund:
- —Monthly subscription renewals (second month onwards)
- —Annual subscription renewals
- —Charges incurred after the 7-day or 30-day refund windows
- —WhatsApp API usage credits or top-ups
- —Additional team seat charges
- —Custom onboarding or implementation fees
- —Accounts suspended for Terms of Service violations
- —Partial months after mid-cycle plan downgrade
How to request a refund

Include your registered email address, the plan you subscribed to, and the reason for your request
We will verify your eligibility within 48 hours
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method via Razorpay
GST on refunds
When a refund is issued, the corresponding GST component is also refunded. A revised GST invoice or credit note will be issued as required under Indian GST regulations. GST refunds may take an additional 3–5 business days to process through Razorpay.
